Practice
All Pool Practices for the 2025-2026 season will be held at Green Meadow Country Club. For the 2026-2027 season we will have a (flexible) attendance requirement for both Middle and High School athletes who do not practice with a Club Team.
PRACTICE SCHEDULE
High School: M/W/F 5:30-7AM Speed and T/Th 7-8PM Recovery/Skill
Middle School: M/W 7:45-8:45PM Skill/Speed and T/Th 7-8PM Recovery
Technique Session: (MS or beginner HS Only): M/W 7:45-8:45

We plan to use the "Heja" App to help plan for each swimmer's attendance and to make the most of our limited lane space. Download the Heja App and use our Team Code to join (GE-233822).
