Hello Alcoa Swim & Dive Family,

Tomorrow is our practice Intersquad meet! Please arrive at Green Meadow Country Club Pool by 2pm. Warmups will begin at 2:25 and the Meet will begin at 3pm.  If you are a volunteer worker, THANK YOU! There will be a worker's meeting at 2:30pm to make sure you are prepared and ready to go.

The goal of this meet is for our swimmers who have not had much experience competing to achieve some baseline times in events. Many of our more experienced swimmers will be on deck to help cheer and guide our newer athletes along. Let's be Alcoa Leaders and set the standard for good sportsmanship and teamwork. Everyone should be prepared to support their teammates and competitors and have a lot of FUN!

Parents, please make sure to bring your own seating as spectators will be asked to sit around the perimeter of the pool. Also, please be courteous with parking and steer clear of golfers. If at all possible to carpool, please plan to do so.

Swimmers, make sure you are fueled properly and have water, electrolyte drinks and quick-carb snacks like applesauce, crackers, or pretzels to munch on. Please wear Alcoa colors or gear. You may wear any suit as long as it does not have another team's logo. The meet should be finished up by around 4:30.
