Hi Team!

As we get ready for State tomorrow, here is information you need to know:

• We are all checked in and most credentials have been distributed to the kids. Ethan and Edwin we have yours and you will need them in the morning to be able to enter the building. Please text us when you get close to arriving and we can meet you at the entrance to make sure you have your badge to get in.
• Athletes should only use the Athlete Entrance. It will be around the corner off of UT Drive in the big garage doors underneath the main entrance. Athletes will be turned away from the main entrance and asked to walk around. Athletes and workers may only use the outside entrance or the stairwell next to the diving well to go up and down from the bleachers to the deck.
• Parents- we expect both parking and the will-call ticket office will have long lines, so make sure to plan ahead. Parking is either $20 cash at the top of the G7 garage across from Allan Jones or in the metered ParkMobile spots around the pool area.

Schedule Friday:

Arrive by 7:50 AM, Warmups at 8:20AM in Scoreboard Side Pool Lane 10

Schedule Saturday:

Arrive by 7AM, Warmups at 7:20AM in Scoreboard Side Pool Lane 10

During the meet, please pay close attention to the timeline. A missed event without a DFS means you are not able to swim your next event. If there is an emergency and you cannot swim, please let a coach know ASAP so we can arrange for a DFS prior to your missed event.

Best behavior for all athletes, parents, and volunteers. Pool staff will be monitoring and will be removing parents who try to save seats and/or cause issues in the stands. We also expect our swimmers and divers to treat all workers, volunteers, and other athletes with the utmost respect. You are representing Alcoa and we expect to see leaders!

All the documents you need are on our main website. We have an online TISCA meeting later this evening and any relevant info will be distributed through group text tonight if necessary. Please text the Parent Group Text if you have any questions!
