Hello Team,

This email is full of a LOT of information, so please read through thoroughly. We are approaching the end/busiest part of our season and it is important to make sure everyone has all the information that they need:

• Get to practice! We are now in the post-winter training taper and fine-tuning part of the season. It is important that you are eating well, resting, and hydrating every day. We WILL have practice Monday, January 20th. The last day of practice will be Wednesday, January 22nd unless you have qualified for State.
• RSVP! We need our athletes to declare for every event for the rest of the season:
  
  
  • Deadline for Clinton Meet is January 14th
  • Deadline for KISL Champ Meet is Jan 15th
  • Deadline for Gatlinburg Meet is Jan 17th.
  • Deadline for Season Celebration on January 25th is January 20th

All of these deadlines are this week and we will assume you are not attending if you do not RSVP. It is best to declare for every meet and go ahead and let us know if you have any conflicts. (The only exception to this is that all swimmers will be expected to attend the KISL Championship meet unless previously discussed with Coach Hana and Coach Selena.) 

Parents, please continue to be rockstars and sign up for jobs! We will be opening volunteer positions for Gatlinburg and KISL Championships as we are assigned them.

We will have a Season Celebration/Pasta Dinner at the home of Craig & Kristen Dutton for all athletes on Saturday evening, January 25th from 6-8pm. Please plan for your athletes to join us and RSVP by January 20th. More information will be posted on the Team Only tab soon about the Season Celebration shortly HERE.
