Hello Team! 

It's almost meet day! Unfortunately due to Knox Co School Closure policies, West High School/Bearden Middle School will no longer be able to participate. But we should have a great meet vs. Maryville. Here is what you need to know for tomorrow, Sunday 1/12:

• Arrive by 2:45. We will be in the water for warmup around 3pm. Roads were all clear today and should be safe for travel tomorrow afternoon, but be safe and text Coach Hana or Coach Selena if you have trouble. If you are participating in the rescheduled TNAQ Meet, you are excused from warmup-arrive at the pool when you are able, hopefully by 4pm.
• Meet documents can be located on the main website HERE and also under the meets tab HERE Athlete Entries, Timeline and Heat Sheet are also attached to this email.
• We are getting close to the end of the season and our biggest meet of the year, the KISL Championship Meet on Jan 26th. While everyone should still be a little tired from Winter Training, we are expecting to see either consistency or improvement with times. Please visualize your races, hydrate/fuel properly and be ready to race! Don't forget to bring extra clothes, socks, hats and towels to make sure you stay warm on deck in between races.
